The art of blending is a task that requires cupping skill and experience in coffee roasting. Blend- al-tun-tun doesn't work. Serra Gelada is the house's traditional blend and pays homage to the natural park at the foot of which our roastery is located. A place rich in environmental diversity and extraordinary beauty. This blend comes from Panama, Colombia, and Brazil.

Decaffeinated:
Notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts with a base of cane sugar. The 100% chemical-free Mountain Water Decaf process results in a 99.99% caffeine-free coffee. Flavorful and sweet decaf is no longer an oxymoron.
This coffee is grown in southern Mexico, in the Motozintla terroir, at an altitude of 1,200 meters. The region has a temperate climate, with mild temperatures in winter and warmer temperatures in summer.
